* You can Return SilverMex products before the 7th day after Delivery to your door.

 If You receive an item that you wish for a refund, we will accept a return under the following conditions :

   1.) Product is unworn.

   2.) Product is unaltered.

   3.) The buyer is financially responsible of returning the item to us. 

         a.) It includes actual shipping cost

         b.) Any possible Tariffs and/or taxes that the carrier may require us to pay before we can receive the package

The buyer may choose the carrier of their choice for shipping.

Reminder : buyer will be responsible for the package to arrive to us so we can issue the refund.
